We have applied for a table. I would like to know physical arrangements. Do you supply signs identifying the exhibitors? If so, are we required to use them? Do you supply poles to hold signs above eye level? If not, can we supply and use them? What are the dimensions of the tables? (In case we want to stretch signs from leg to leg.) Is it OK if we move one of our chairs around to the front, so that customers can sit in it to sign petitions? Is it OK if we offer petitions? How much space will there be between our table and the wall behind us, for our chairs and stashing our gear? This is a long written question; I would rather talk to you. Is there a phone number to contact you?

Hi Gerri!

There is no requirement to be present at your booth for the entire time. It is up to you and your organization how long you would like to table. The agenda will be the same as last year. The primary opportunities for attendees to explore the booths are during Registration from 9am to 10am and during lunch from 12:45pm to 1:45pm. This year we will have our Progressive Happy Hour at the same premises, so you can choose to stay for that as well.

Hi OC Progressives!

I’m with UNA-USA OC, and we were wondering if we need to have people table our exhibit for the entire time. During your last summit, tabling was only necessary during the morning and later in the day.

Please let me know so that we can plan accordingly.
